DEBIT CARDS AND AVS MISMATCH ERRORS |

If you feel you are getting this decline but don't see an error, please call our office and we will help anyway we can.
AVS Mismatch errors happen when there is a problem with the billing address information during checkout. Your address must appear EXACTLY as it does on your statement. DO NOT USE SYMBOLS, i.e.: Apt #3, should be APT 3.
On AVS declined orders, your bank may put a hold on money for the amount of the order while waiting for our system to capture the funds. The amount of time it takes to put the money back (release the hold) is up to your bank but is usually within 72 hours. This normally happens on debit cards only and is caused by a lack of communication between VISA/MC and your bank about the decline.
Credit card transactions communicate directly so they know ahead of time of the declined transaction.
